Where are the dedicated servers located?
Our dedicated servers are housed in a state-of-the-art data center located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The data center is a Tier III N+1 Fault Tolerant data center with the ability to remain active through a power outage of up to 72 Hours. This data center features multiple carrier backbones, dual backup power supplies (thanks to N+1 Redundancy), modern environmental controls, including cooling and dust filtering, and numerous security systems.
Can I customize the dedicated servers?
Yes! Simply select the base plan that best matches your needs and click the "Customize" button. You will be able to customize the different aspects of your server from the customization page. If you need a special customization that is unavailable in that page, simply contact us.
Can I upgrade my dedicated server later?
Yes! You can upgrade to a better CPU, more RAM or higher capacity drives quickly and easily. Please keep in mind that upgrades may be limited to what is supported by your hosting package. In order to upgrade, please submit a ticket with our sales team for upgrade pricing. Once the upgrade is ordered, our support team will coordinate a convenient time in which we can perform the upgrade.
How long does it take to set up a new Dedicated Server?
The average dedicated server setup time is only about 8 hours from payment confirmation. In rare cases, it may take us up to 48 business hours to deliver your new dedicated server due to stock availability issues. In any case of significant delivery delay, we will contact you to update you on any such delay. Please do keep in mind that the setup may also be slightly delayed for new customers due to our fraud prevention check.

Are your servers fully-managed or unmanaged?
Our Dedicated Servers are unmanaged by default.
This means that we provide support for the initial operating system installation, the server's hardware, and its network connectivity. It also means that it is your responsibility to handle everything else including but not limited to the server's security, backups, configuration, software installations, upgrades, optimization and anything else that you require.
That being said, we do offer a highly comprehensive Fully-Managed Package which also includes a free cPanel/WHM license. This fully-managed package will provide you with complete peace of mind which will allow you to focus on your business and not on server management tasks. The Fully-Managed package is only $69/Mo (cPanel/WHM license included!) and provides incredible value considering the fact that the included cPanel/WHM license costs $29 for the license alone.

Which servers can I use for content streaming?
Content streaming is allowed on all of our True-Unmetered™ dedicated servers. These servers carry an unmetered port which you can use 24x7 without any limitations (95th percentile measurement).
Generally speaking, we do not allow content streaming with our Metered dedicated servers. That being said, we do encourage you to send us a bandwidth graph showing your expected bandwidth usage (from your previous hosting provider) to sal[email protected] so that we can check if your bandwidth usage can be allowed on our metered servers.
What are True-Unmetered™ Dedicated Servers?
True-Unmetered™ dedicated servers allow you to use as much bandwidth as their dedicated port specifies (according to 95th percentile measurement). You can max the dedicated port in full 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that some of our True-Unmetered™ dedicated servers have a burstable port which you're allowed to burst for as long as your 95th percentile usage remains under the dedicated port level. True-Unmetered™ dedicated servers are connected to the same premium network provided with our metered dedicated servers.
